Excitement is Mounting - Along with many emotions

As we move closer to completing the process of publishing Curt's story, he's finding the emotional drain to be overwhelming at times.  We received our first review today from a published author.  His comment that the story is "riveting, spellbinding, and it'll take your breath away and at the same time will shock you," brought tears to Curt's eyes.

We've been preparing for the book's release and getting our promotional strategy in place, including searching for movie producers to take a look at it.  Curt contacted Janet Patterson from SNAP today, and once again, Janet has come through with sound advice and the positive reinforcement Curt needs right now.  I want to thank her for that and for always being there when we need her.

We're on the roller coaster, and there's no turning back now.  It's not going to get any easier for Curt, but with our friends and relatives support, he'll get through.  He's tough--as those who know him know!!  Curt can use any support from his friends and readers right now to help him get through this journey.

Thanks to everyone responding to our blog.  There's so much more to come!

Helen

Thank you Helen for your very kind words that described my feelings yesterday. Like a roller coaster, but a very different type of ride this time.

I thought, great, our 1st review and the book receives a 5-star review. Then the aftershock set in, the world will soon know the level of severe pain that existed in my family over the last 10 years. Then another shock hit me.  The 5-star review I felt was in part because of the severve pain caused my family by a religious organization. Then I felt very saddened.  I saw so many tears and was part of it for all these years.  The story would now be released out to the world.

I paused and offered this book up to God now, to do with it as He sees fit.  I also want to say thank you for everyone that has visited this booksite. I want to thank Joe Baraba for the book review.  I'm hoping that he never has to read a book like this again.

We are hoping that by raising awareness to this illness, society will have the antidote to eliminate all forms of clergy misconduct forever. Again, thank you to all of you for caring about my family and all families of the world.

    Peace, Curt Szajnecki

And I also forgot, Helen thank you for all your positive feedback and love, and to Janet Patterson of SNAP, for her kind spirit and bright soul.

Innocence Betrayed - A Dad’s Story Of Clergy Misconduct
By H.J. Wisocki and C.J. Szajnecki
    ISBN # 1-4241-8171-2

Authors H.J. Wisocki and C.J. Szajnecki have written a book based on a true story that is so riveting, spellbinding, it’ll take your breath away and at the same time will shock you. You won’t be able to put this book down for a moment. This story could be about any clergy in any church and how they get away with abuse and abuse of their powers. The Pastor Bill Roberts is one of the most deceitful, cunning and charming devilish persons I’ve come across in a long time. This book is very well written and brings forth a true story that will chill your blood and make you question your religious leader’s motives and his ways of teaching and preaching. I will not give away the ending of this book, I do know everyone should be aware of a devil in preachers disguise.

I give authors Wisocki and Szajnecki five stars ***** for a great book well written.

Curt and Helen--please email me. I would like to put your information and book on my websites. We seem to be dealing with some of the same issues. Just going about it in different ways!

On this Fathers day, I just wanted to thank everyone for the wonderful words of encouragement. They are appreciated large or small in number.  I have always loved being a father to my children.  I bonded with them at their births and watched each one of them as God delivered them into this world.  My main job as a dad is to protect them from all needless harm.  I hope that this book can raise enough awareness to help prevent all forms of clergy misconduct.  I challenge all of you to read the book and then tell me if you think I deserve to be called "dad."
"Do not pray for easy lives, pray to be stronger men.  Do not pray for tasks equal to your powers, pray for powers equal to your tasks. Then the doing of your work will be no miracle, but YOU shall be the miracle." John 14:27 Psalm 27:14.

    Thanking all of you,

    Curt Szajnecki

      Hi Curt,
I wanted to let you know that the Bible references are not associated with the quote "do not pray..." I think you picked this up from an email I sent you several months ago. The verses are awesome, but are not the quote. The quote is anonymous- btw, my dd is ready to press charges.....we are at a cross roads - I am looking forward to reading your book, which is on my Christmas list for this year. I would love to correspond with you regarding my dd's situation if you have time. Sincerely, sherie
